  1. The Boost Online Media Service is provided as a service by SharpLogic Software, Inc, a Washington-based corporation. Any questions or comments regarding this service should be sent to boost@sharplogic.com. The term "Boost" covers SharpLogic, the Boost service, and its employees.
  2. The service is licensed and not sold. Usage of the service does not imply a transfer of intellectual property.
  3. The Boost service is intended to be used under the laws of King County, Washington, USA. By using this service you agree to be bound by these laws in your usage of the service.
  4. You agree to be responsible for all content uploaded to Boost using your account credentials. Although Boost temporarily caches files, and sometimes processes them, we claim no responsibility for the content itself.

  6. Boost provides support for moderating content, as well as for managing content flagged by users. You agree to be responsible for addressing issues raised regarding inappropriate content. Boost reserves the right to directly modify or remove content if necessary.
  7. Boost is licensed on a monthly basis. Cancellation of service must be provided in writing 30 days in advance.
  8. Boost cannot be held liable for damages related directly or indirectly to the usage of this service.
  9. User-generated content services represent a segment of the technology industry that is rapidly evolving. As a result, these terms of use may change at any time without notice.
